Our purpose
From engraving to digital print
The Fundación Museo de Artes focuses on the collection, cataloguing, study and dissemination of graphic art from its origins to the present day. It therefore embraces every artistic technique used from the 15th century to today, which justifies its name.
By Orders of the Xunta de Galicia of 18 and 30 July 2001, published in the Official Journal of Galicia on 29 July and 3 September 2001, the institution was classified as being of cultural interest and of Galician interest respectively.
